Parade of Toys

On Thursday, HFES participated in a Parade of Toys. Students brought in a toy to donate to Toys for Tots.  Our school brought in over 700 toys!!  It was a great feeling to give to those less fortunate. Thank you to everyone for participating! I hope you all enjoyed the parade and Christmas songs!

School's Out for Summer!

Field Day

Today was Field Day. We had a blast!! Not only did we show great sportsmanship and have fun at each center, but we also won Tug-of-War!! What a great day!

Dental Health

Today we had a visit from Mr. Molar. We learned all about how to take care of our teeth.  We got to take home new toothbrushes, toothpaste and other goodies. Thanks to PTA for setting this up so we know how to keep our smiles beautiful!

Adjective Day!

We've been learning all about adjectives. To help us understand adjectives better, we each dressed up like an adjective and the class had to guess what the word was. What fun! What are some adjectives you could use to decribe Adjective Day? One that I think of is AWESOME!
